Paradox is seeking a Top Gun Business Developer to join our Sales team from a remote or Dubai-based office. You’ll generate new opportunities by identifying students for our trainings, organizing campaigns, and meeting targets daily.

You’ll use AI and the CRM to optimize outreach, handle objections, and participate in events to grow the business. Language requirements include fluent English and native French support.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Attract, find and convince new students to join our trainings.
• Source and proactively attract new students for the team and yourself.
• Use the CRM and AI tools to enhance productivity and scalability.
• Overcome objections with diligence and escalation of recurring objections.
• Participate in Paradox's in-person and online events.
