Shakers, based in Madrid, is launching in France and seeks a Business Developer to own the French market. You’ll build and grow a portfolio of French clients, win deals through insight, and report on KPIs weekly. AI is integral to how we sell, research accounts and accelerate growth, with up to 3,000€ quarterly bonus and uncapped commissions.

Formación

• 2–7 years of experience in business development, client management, tech sales or related roles.
• Fluent in French (native) and Spanish; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Understand French business culture and comfortable engaging with startups and large corporations.
• Strong hunting and farming skills to manage and expand client portfolios.
• Results-oriented, ambitious and eager to build something from scratch.
• Tech-savvy with confidence speaking to C-level and technical profiles.
• Highly organized and analytical in a fast-paced environment.
• Take ownership of your market and accounts with high agency.
• Experience with AI and a desire to go deeper.
• Nice to have: a portfolio of high-level contacts in France.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow a portfolio of French clients, building conversion, retention and repeat usage.
• Win deals through insight by understanding each company's pains and goals and communicating our value proposition.
• Build trust with decision-makers and technical teams alike.
• Run account-based strategies to uncover new opportunities within existing clients.
• Manage KPIs, pipeline, account plans and forecasts weekly and monthly.
• Deliver with Talent and Ops to ensure freelance teams land successfully in accounts.
