TUI is seeking an Application Support Analyst to ensure seamless operation of our cruise technology systems. You will be the technical expert for the Marella Cruises fleet, managing MXP across onboard and shoreside environments.

You will provide guidance, handle incident management and work with stakeholders to implement features, docs, and procedures that improve data reliability and guest satisfaction. This role offers hybrid or remote options in a dynamic travel tech setting.

Formación

• Experience in systems support and maintenance.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of property management systems, preferably in cruise/hotel industry.
• Experience in incident management and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and administer MXP PMS across our fleet.
• Provide guidance and technical support to onboard and shore-based teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues.
• Gather requirements and test new features with stakeholders.
• Create documentation and operating procedures with IT teams.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate with suppliers to manage incidents.
