Responsibilities

• Provide application support for operational travel systems used by DMC agencies.
• Analyse and troubleshoot system or process issues.
• Act as key liaison between DMC agencies and third-party system providers.
• Manage ticket communication and escalation processes.
• Support system functionality, configuration and data quality.
