TUI Cruises GmbH in Palma de Mallorca is seeking a Planning Specialist to support end-to-end planning and booking for cruise operations, including shore excursions, transfers and port services. You will ensure operational data is loaded accurately in company systems and support planning, supplier orders and cross-department coordination.

This is a key operational support role within the Regional Operations Hub, contributing to service quality, cost control and consistency across destinations.

Support seamless cruise operations through accurate planning, booking and coordination.

We're looking for a Planning Specialist to support the end-to-end planning and booking process for cruise-related operations, including shore and river excursions, transfers and port services. You'll ensure that all operational data is accurately loaded and maintained in company systems, support planning and execution, provide orders to suppliers for pre-operation planning, and enable smooth coordination between business development, port delivery and other internal departments.

This is a key operational support role within the Regional Operations Hub, contributing to service quality, cost control and operational consistency across multiple destinations.
Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services is TUI's specialist cruise ship handling business, supporting cruise lines in destinations across the globe.

You'll be helping our cruise line partners and clients deliver seamless daily operations.

A quick heads-up: This is a locally employed position, so you'll need the right to work in Spain and be based in or near Palma de Mallorcabefore applying.

You must hold a card to confirm that you are '' en paro'' and you should be registred as a ' demante de empleo'.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Receive, analyse and prepare operational data for accurate setup in planning systems
• Support the loading and maintenance of cruise line portfolios in internal systems
• Assist in running and maintaining the planning process to meet ongoing operational requirements
• Send orders to suppliers to confirm the operational services through our internal system
• Monitor and update changes, modifications and cancellations to ensure smooth operational delivery and inform all relevant parties. Register special requests and operational requirements in the system
• Distribute operational and planning information across teams and relevant business areas
• Work closely with Operations teams to support smooth execution during cruise calls and with Business Development teams to ensure all contracts are available in the system
• Report operational incidents in internal systems and support follow-up with internal stakeholdersSupport cost optimisation and sales planning activities in line with budgets and service standards. Assist with financial reconciliation, administrative follow-up and basic operational reporting

• You've got strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail. You're comfortable working with systems, data and multiple workflows
• You've got the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, operational environment. You've got a problem-solving mindset with the ability to suggest improvements to ways of working
• You've got strong communication skills and ability to work across teams in an international environment
• You're comfortable coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional internal teams
• You're interested in cruise tourism, shore excursions and port operations
• You've got fluent written and spoken English. Additional languages are an advantage. This is a junior profile, suitable for early-career professionals
