TUI Cruises GmbH in Palma de Mallorca is seeking a Planning Specialist to support end-to-end planning and booking for cruise operations, including shore excursions, transfers and port services. You will ensure operational data is loaded accurately in company systems and support planning, supplier orders and cross-department coordination.

This is a key operational support role within the Regional Operations Hub, contributing to service quality, cost control and consistency across destinations.

Formación

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, analyse and prepare operational data for accurate setup in planning systems.
• Support loading and maintenance of cruise line portfolios in internal systems.
• Assist in running and maintaining the planning process to meet operational requirements.
• Send orders to suppliers to confirm services through internal systems.
• Monitor changes and cancellations to ensure smooth delivery and inform stakeholders.
