Power Digital is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to own and evolve our LookML semantic layer across the organization and client projects. You will translate stakeholder needs into scalable data models, ship reusable analytics assets, and enable self-service insights for engineers, analysts, and executives.

Formación

• 4+ years owning the full lifecycle of production-grade LookML models and data products.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with a modern cloud data warehouse (Snowflake and BigQuery preferred).
• Strong foundation in dimensional modeling and data warehousing fundamentals.
• Agency experience in performance marketing analytics with multi-client exposure.
• Experience deploying and governing LookML across multiple Looker instances.
• Experience with extensible LookML and modular visualizations in multi-tenant environments.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and collaborating with engineers and executives.
• Experience with git-based version control and CI/CD workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve Power Digital's LookML semantic layer as the governed foundation for analytics across the organization and clients.
• Write scalable LookML with rich metadata to support conversational analytics use cases.
• Translate ambiguous stakeholder asks into clear technical implementations and design reusable Looker assets.
• Build data products in Looker for internal and client needs, applying strong data visualization and UI/UX principles.
• Design LookML for scale and performance, tune the aggregate layer, and govern LookML across instances.
• Maintain LookML style guides and naming conventions, train users, and mentor juniors.
• Apply AI technologies to maximize team leverage and efficiency.
