Power Digital Marketing is seeking an Analytics Engineer to own and scale LookML across the organization, delivering robust data products and self-service analytics for multiple clients. You will translate stakeholder asks into durable data models and collaborate with engineering on performance and governance, mentoring teammates along the way.

The role emphasizes SQL proficiency, Looker development, and a strong data warehousing foundation in a fast-paced agency environment.

Formación

• 4+ years owning production-grade LookML models and data products.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with Snowflake and BigQuery.
• Strong foundation in dimensional modeling and data warehousing fundamentals.
• Agency experience in performance marketing analytics.
• Experience mentoring and leveling-up junior team members and working with multi-client environments.
• Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve LookML semantic layer for analytics across the organization.
• Write scalable LookML with rich metadata to support analytics surfaces.
• Translate ambiguous stakeholder asks into clear LookML implementations, then design and optimize Looker assets.
• Build data products in Looker for internal stakeholders and clients, applying UI/UX principles.
• Design LookML for scale and performance, collaborate on aggregate layer tuning and governance.
• Mentor junior developers and analysts; train users in self-service analytics; employ AI to boost efficiency.
