Booksy is seeking an Analytics Engineering Lead to own the data as the source of truth and manage a high-performing team of Analytics Engineers. You will architect central Looker semantic models, enforce governance, and drive CI/CD pipelines across Data Engineering, Analytics, and GTM functions.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and CS to translate needs into scalable data solutions, and modernise workflows with automated processes using Python and Looker API.

Formación

• Extensive experience leading analytics engineering teams in a scale-up.
• Strong command of Looker, LookML, and semantic modeling.
• Proficient in SQL and modern data stack tools (Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt).
• Experience with CI/CD and Git workflows; ability to mentor teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the AE team, drive a high-performance culture and develop career growth.
• Own the Looker semantic models and governance, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with Data Eng and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable data models.
• Identify and automate manual workflows using Python and Looker APIs; drive Jira hygiene and velocity.
