Joko in Barcelona is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a new software engineering team across mobile, AI/ML, and infrastructure initiatives. You will shape engineering culture, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product to align delivery with company goals.

We value technical excellence, ownership, and a product-driven mindset. You will recruit, onboard, and grow talent while guiding architecture and project decisions in a fast-growing, remote-friendly environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 1 year in management.
• A track record demonstrating engineering leadership and project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and design.

Responsabilidades

• Recruitment and onboarding of new engineers.
• People growth and career development of team members.
• Technical leadership and code/architecture reviews.
• Cross-team collaboration with Product and other orgs.
• Strategic coordination with Product to align priorities.
• Process improvement to increase efficiency and quality.
• Hands-on contributions on critical projects when needed.
