Job summary

Docplanner is seeking an AI Project Manager within Growth Marketing B2B to discover, test and deploy AI tools that accelerate our marketing teams across markets. You will own each project from idea to scaled implementation, measuring impact on MQLs, contact rates and pipeline.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales and IT, building playbooks and enabling teams to adopt proven AI solutions quickly while maintaining data privacy and security. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing projects in marketing, growth or similar commercial area, with at least 1 year in AI/automation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to own AI projects end-to-end from hypothesis to scale.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI tools and automation.
• Fluent English, excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the outcome of AI projects and define goals, KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify AI use-cases that unlock funnel improvements and quantify impact.
• Run pilots with local teams, decide on scaling, iteration or stop.
• Configure tools, prompts, and integrations, connecting to our stack.
• Scout AI vendors, evaluate options with IT, Legal and Security, and roll out winners.
• Create playbooks and training to enable markets to adopt proven AI solutions.
