Novelus is seeking a Principal AI-Native Systems Engineer to drive end-to-end design and delivery of complex software and data platforms. You will combine systems engineering with AI-native delivery practices in small, capable teams augmented by AI agents.

This hands-on leadership role covers requirements, architecture, implementation oversight and customer outcomes, serving as the technical owner from concept to production.

Formación

• Experience with distributed systems and cloud-scale engineering.
• Proficiency in languages such as Go, Rust, or C/C++.
• Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms and cloud-native design.
• Ability to translate business needs into deterministic technical specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead AI-native software engineering practices.
• Orchestrate AI agents across design, coding, testing, documentation and operational activities.
• Evaluate, validate and govern AI-generated outputs.
• Own engineering outcomes from concept through production adoption.
