dLocal is seeking a DevOps Engineer, Technical Referent to lead architectural decisions and mentor engineers. You will drive an AI-first strategy across the delivery lifecycle, embedding AI agents, building self-service platforms, and improving CI/CD, observability and security practices across critical applications for global brands.

• Proven experience acting as a technical referent or lead: driving technical decisions and mentoring engineers.
• AI-first mindset: use of AI agents and coding assistants as part of daily workflow.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI into engineering workflows and CI/CD.
• Experience designing/managing CI/CD pipelines with automation tools.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code and configuration management.
• Strong understanding of container orchestration and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience building internal developer platforms and self-service infra.
• Expertise in cloud environments, security, cost efficiency and scalability.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation for workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
