Prometeo Talent seeks an experienced AI Technical Lead to guide development teams in integrating AI into the software lifecycle. You will define best practices, toolchains, and governance to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation while mentoring engineers and collaborating with product, security, and IT.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in software development, IT strategy, or technical leadership.
• 3+ years applying AI in production environments, including practical implementation with LLMs, generative AI, or similar technologies.
• Proven experience designing secure, scalable systems with AI capabilities.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross functional teams.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy and technical implementation for AI adoption across products and platforms.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure integration of AI capabilities (LLMs, RAG, embeddings).
• Define AI development standards, best practices, and tool recommendations.
• Architect scalable, secure AI solutions aligned with governance requirements.
• Design and enforce secure AI workflows, including data privacy and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Product, IT, Security, and Business stakeholders to align priorities.
• Mentor and guide technical teams; provide technical leadership and coaching.
• Educate non-technical stakeholders on AI value and limitations.
• Establish documentation, training materials, and internal frameworks to support AI adoption.
• Monitor emerging AI tools, trends, and frameworks and recommend strategic adoption.

What you'll do
