Dwelly is hiring an Applied AI Engineer to build the agentic infrastructure powering automation across our residential lettings platform. You will design core primitives, enable reusable AI workflows, and ensure reliable production systems across multiple agencies.
The role emphasizes building scalable AI systems, evaluating performance, and collaborating with operations to automate workflows for newly acquired agencies. Remote work across UK/Ireland/Europe is supported.
Formación
- Proven track record delivering production AI/agentic systems.
- Experience with reliability, latency, context management, failure modes, evaluation, observability.
- Strong architectural judgment on when to use LLMs vs deterministic software.
- Fluent in English and able to collaborate across regions.
Responsabilidades
- Design and build reusable agentic primitives (memory, context, tool-calling, orchestration, feedback).
- Develop evaluation and observability frameworks for AI workflows.
- Establish production-ready agentic workflows and ensure reliability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with operations and product teams to automate workflows across acquisitions.
