Dwelly is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to join a core domain team (Tenant Find, Property Management, or Payments). You will understand domain workflows, identify high-leverage automation opportunities, and drive solutions into production.

The role requires advanced daily use of AI and LLMs for problem exploration, evaluation, and design. You will design and implement systems to automate manual processes across acquired agencies using Node.js/TypeScript and React, collaborating with product

Formación

• Bachelors/Masters or higher in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong coding experience delivering complex systems from idea to production.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to communicate across product and operations.
