Block Labs invites an AI Engineer to join the Intelligence team. You will build production-grade agents, ML models, and dashboards that power real-time decisioning and governed AI across complex platforms.

You will own end-to-end delivery from data to deployment, ensuring grounded, auditable decisions, security, and human approval when needed. The role is fully remote with asynchronous work and EU timezone overlap.

Formación

• 4+ years in software, data science, or ML engineering with production experience.
• Shipped production RAG systems; familiar with grounding and retrieval quality.
• Experience defending against prompt injection and data leakage.
• Strong Python for production services; TypeScript for surfaces.

Responsabilidades

• Build and productionise AI agents and ML models powering decisioning.
• Develop dashboards and surfaces with governance and auditability.
• Own end-to-end data-to-deployment workflows and tool integration.
• Implement safety, localization, and escalation paths for customer-facing agents.
