Align Talent Pty Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Aftermarket Sales Engineer to drive aftermarket revenue growth across EMEA and North Africa. You will develop distributor partnerships, focus on spare parts, lubricants and maintenance solutions, and work with regional and global teams to maximize installed base opportunities.

Fluent English and Spanish preferred; fully remote role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of industrial compressors and compressed air systems.
• Experience in aftermarket sales or business development in related industry.
• Proven ability to develop distributor networks and drive growth.
• Fluent English; ability to speak Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement strategies to increase aftermarket sales across EMEA.
• Identify opportunities through installed base focusing on parts, lubricants and maintenance solutions.
• Strengthen distributor relationships and support channel partners in achieving sales targets.
• Analyse sales performance and identify market opportunities and initiatives to increase market share.
• Collaborate with regional sales, marketing and global aftermarket teams to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
