Job summary

Oyster is hiring an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage accurate, timely AP operations for external vendors. You will work with our BPO, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end close in NetSuite. The role involves improving workflows and cross-functional collaboration with Treasury and Accounting.

Based remotely with the company’s time-zone flexibility, you’ll contribute to scalable AP processes in a fast-growing, distributed team. Strong ERP experience and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of professional AP accounting experience.
• Experience in high-volume, global AP operations preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve AP discrepancies and vendor queries.
• Support the BPO in processing invoices in NetSuite.
• Ensure AP work complies with internal controls and policies.
• Perform month-end AP close activities and reconciliations.
• Maintain vendor master data and AP documentation.
