Xplor is seeking a motivated sales professional to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This remote role offers uncapped commissions and the potential to build a sizeable residual income while helping merchants optimize payments.

You’ll prospect, educate business owners, and close deals with a focus on B2B merchant services. The position rewards self-motivation, reliability, and a hunter mentality.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred)
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality

Responsabilidades

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals
• Work independently with full support and training
