Job summary

Captain is seeking a relief chief engineer for a 45m motor yacht to cover vacation leave for 3-4 weeks. The vessel is currently in the shipyard in Spain for overhauls and servicing of major and minor systems onboard. This is a sole engineering role requiring hands-on capability and contractor oversight.

Licence Y3 or Second Engineer Unlimited is required. Start date is around 17th November. Salary will be a day rate, with the vessel in Spain and candidates from the UK and Europe considered with

Relief Chief Engineer

45m motor yacht is looking for a relief chief engineer to cover vacation leave for 3-4 weeks.

The vessel is currently in the shipyard for an extended winter period, carrying out overhauling and servicing of various minor and major systems and machinery onboard.

This is a sole engineering position, so we require someone capable on the tools and well as managing contractors. A Y3 or Second Engineer Unlimited licence is neccesary for this position.

Salary will depend on experince and will be a day rate.

Vessel is currently in Spain and only candidates in the UK and Europe will be considered with EU passport or valid schengen visa.

Start date will be around the 17th November.
