Formación

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent
• 12+ months experience selling products/services in retail banking or related field
• 6+ months experience in retail banking sales or consultative relationships with proven results
• 6+ months Santander experience related to Sales and Service Banker functions
• 6+ months customer service experience in fast-paced environment
• Cash handling experience required
