Santander seeks a Senior Relationship Banker at the Richmond Road Branch in Staten Island, NY to manage a portfolio of high value consumer and small business clients. You will deepen relationships, cross-sell Santander products, and deliver excellent service in person, by phone, and digitally.

You will collaborate with partners to meet branch goals, assess client needs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Formación

• 5+ years experience selling products and/or services in an incentive-based environment.
• 2+ years in financial services with direct experience acquiring new client relationships.
• 12+ months Santander experience related to the essential functions and responsibilities of the Relationship Banker role.
• 12+ months customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial acumen with knowledge of consumer and small business products, and lending.

• Be the expert on Santander products and articulate the benefits to customers.
