Popular Bank in Madrid is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive the sale of banking products by assessing client needs and delivering tailored solutions. You will collaborate with branches to maintain high service standards and support cross-selling during campaigns.

You will handle account openings, ensure regulatory compliance (BSA/AML), follow procedures, and provide exceptional customer service.

Formación

• Three years of sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Insurance licenses may be required for selling insurance products.
• Regulatory/compliance awareness required.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML and banking regulations desirable.
• Sales and client needs assessment skills essential.

Responsabilidades

• Sell monthly targets of banking products (deposits, credit cards, loans, protection plans, lines of credit, CDs).
• Promote cross-selling and campaign-driven products.
• Collaborate with branches to maintain high service standards and support campaigns.
• Handle account openings and information delivery with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service during openings and issue resolution.
• Follow standard operating procedures and Quality Service Standards.
• Ensure transactions comply with banking regulations (BSA/AML).
• Participate in special promotions and events.
