Popular Bank is seeking a driven sales professional to promote and sell banking products, drive cross-selling, and support campaigns across branches. You will handle account openings, provide information, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with BSA/AML and banking regulations.

The role emphasizes customer service, target achievement, and collaboration with branches, with a hybrid work model for eligible positions and a base salary plus incentives.

Formación

• Three years of sales experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Insurance Licenses (if selling insurance products)
• Regulatory/compliance awareness
• Knowledge of BSA/AML and banking regulations
• Sales and client needs assessment
• Campaign-driven product promotion

Responsabilidades

• Sell monthly targets of banking products (deposit accounts, credit cards, personal loans, protection plans, credit lines, CDs, IRA, commercial accounts and services)
• Promote cross-selling and campaign-driven products
• Participate in special promotions and events
• Provide exceptional customer service during account openings and problem resolution
• Follow standard operating procedures and Quality Service Standards
• Complete transactions and documents in accordance with banking regulations (BSA/AML and corporate guidelines)
