Webster Bank, a division of Santander Bank, N.A., seeks a Banking Center Relationship Banker I in Torrington, CT. You will serve customers, process transactions, and help the team meet sales, service, and operational goals.

Your role focuses on needs-based conversations to identify financial solutions, perform teller tasks, and collaborate with other business segments to grow branch performance while maintaining compliance.

Qualificações

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Advanced degrees (Associates and/or Bachelor's) preferred.
• 3-4 years customer service and needs-based banking sales experience.
• Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule including weekends.
• Self-starter and highly motivated.
• Working knowledge of all bank products and services.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with financial transactions and needs-based conversations.
• Perform routine teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cash, and loan payments.
• Support segmentation strategy to drive sales and branch growth.
• Maintain compliance with Federal/State regulations and bank policies.
