Qualificações

• 12+ months experience in retail banking sales or financial services sales.
• 12+ months Santander experience related to the essential functions.
• 12+ months customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Established relationship-building skills focused on customer experience and loyalty.
• Excellent communication, consultative, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment with multiple priorities.
