Alcon is seeking a Regional Training Manager for Surgical, Phaco & Vitreoretinal to lead high-quality training across Europe. You will work with country teams to implement the training strategy, blending technical knowledge with value-based selling across product portfolios.

The role requires strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, with a focus on Phaco and Vitreoretinal products, and a collaborative, results-driven mindset. French language ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• A relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Behavior, Statistics, Science, Healthcare, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of Sales or Marketing experience within Alcon Surgical.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships across teams, countries, and regions.
• Experience designing learning solutions and delivering engaging training sessions.

Responsabilités

• Providing Phaco and Vitreoretinal training support to country stakeholders and sales teams across Europe.
• Executing assigned training activities across Europe in alignment with the International Training Strategy and European business priorities.
• Delivering training for assigned product portfolios and collaborating with Regional Training colleagues to support the broader training curriculum.
• Delivering Alcon Training Pathway programs, ad hoc training, foundational commercial skills training, National Sales Meeting sessions, and onboarding for new joiners.
• Conducting regular field visits to stay informed about technology updates, competitive developments, and the challenges faced by sales teams, while helping them strengthen their skills and knowledge.
• Supporting IMG Marketing initiatives across relevant product portfolios by incorporating approved brand content into technical training sessions.
