DP World is seeking a Regional Tender Manager to drive high-value opportunities and deliver competitive proposals across the region. You will bridge customer requirements with our operational capabilities, shaping value-focused logistics solutions.

You will collaborate with Global Key Accounts, Tender Management, Product, and various support functions to manage end-to-end tender processes, ensure deadlines, and share best practices to strengthen our tender capability.

Formación

• Experience in Tender Management, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related commercial environment.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Commercial acumen and analytical capabilities for tender requirements and pricing strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with data presentation skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional and global tender opportunities as a Bid Manager, coordinating stakeholders to completion.
• Develop compelling, competitive responses to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs for Global Key Accounts.
• Facilitate and manage the Tender Management process with clear timelines, responsibilities, and governance.
• Prepare and review pricing proposals with Product, Commercial, and Operations to ensure viable solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Air & Ocean Freight, Logistics, IT, Legal, Security, and KAM to deliver proposals.
• Monitor tender performance via bid tracking, post-bid reviews, and lessons learned.
• Guide regional and country Tender Management teams and ensure compliance with processes.
