Talantir in Madrid is seeking a high-potential professional to support Iberia & LATAM strategy, performance, and regional initiatives. You will translate strategy into plans, assess proposals, and build forecasting models with finance.

The role offers exposure to senior management and cross-functional collaboration across markets, with a focus on data-driven insights and performance improvement.

Qualificações

• Engineering degree or related technical field is strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in strategy, business analysis, or management consulting.
• Ideally prior experience with one of the leading strategic consulting firms.
• Strong understanding of business operations and performance management.
• Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Portuguese will be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the GM for Iberia & LATAM in understanding, shaping, and executing the regional strategy.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and assist in evaluating initiatives and proposals.
• Analyze regional operational and commercial performance, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
• Help align regional processes, resource planning, and departmental objectives with the overall strategy.
• Contribute analytical support during organizational or strategic changes at a regional level (e.g. shifts in focus, integrations, or acquisitions).
• Build forecasts and analytical models in collaboration with the finance team.
• Monitor and analyze regional industry trends and market developments alongside commercial and technical teams.
• Prepare strategy-related analyses and reports for regional management reviews.
• Track the effectiveness of implemented initiatives and support adjustments when required.
