Talents First recruits for its client, a growing industrial equipment manufacturer, an Area Sales Manager responsible for Northern Spain and Portugal. You will drive sales growth through the development and management of a distributor network, reporting to Regional Management.

Formación

Engineering degree or technical background; sales/business education is a plus.
Minimum 5 years in B2B industrial sales.
Proven experience in distributor networks.
Experience with compressors or similar equipment is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

Developing and managing a network of distributors and channel partners
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
Promoting and selling technical solutions in compressed air systems
Delivering technical presentations and conducting air audits for customers
Supporting partners to ensure effective solution delivery and customer satisfaction
Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Achieving sales targets while ensuring profitability
