Wenergy Storage is seeking a Regional Sales Manager/Director for energy storage in Spain. Drive growth of utility-scale and C&I battery energy storage systems, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure within the assigned region.

Responsibilities include market research, client acquisition, contract negotiations, and coordinating with engineering and delivery teams to ensure project success. Travel internationally as required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in international trade, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• English proficiency at working level; additional languages a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of overseas sales experience in energy storage or PV sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Develop market strategy and manage designated accounts in utility-scale and energy storage.
• Generate leads, craft technical/commercial proposals, negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and project management for delivery and after-sales support.
• Promote the company brand at industry events and within regional markets.
