Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Regional Lead for end-to-end real estate and corporate security across an international region. You will drive portfolio execution, manage outsourced brokers and vendors, and partner with country managers to align strategies with business priorities.

The role requires 12‑15+ years in real estate and security leadership, strong governance capabilities, and the ability to navigate multi-country environments. Travel 25%–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
• 12‑15+ years of international real estate, facilities, and/or corporate security leadership experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in complex multi-country environments.
• Experience managing outsourced delivery models and third-party vendors.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions.
• Experience managing multi-asset portfolios (offices, clinics, labs, manufacturing).
• Strong understanding of global regulatory environments and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel 25%–50%.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of regional real estate portfolio strategy across the assigned international region.
• Direct site-level real estate activities, including transactions, space planning, design & construction delivery, and facilities operations.
• Ensure footprint strategies, expansion, consolidation, and optimization initiatives.
• Lead vendor management and governance across outsourced delivery model.
• Oversee corporate security execution, policy adherence, and incident coordination.
• Provide regional risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Collaborate with global CoEs to align standards and reporting.
