Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Regional Lead to drive end-to-end real estate and corporate security across an international region. You will oversee a diverse portfolio of offices, clinics, labs, and manufacturing sites through a highly outsourced model, ensuring cost control, quality, and risk management.

You will partner with Country Managers and regional leaders to align strategies with business priorities, while coordinating with Global CoEs to implement standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, real estate, or related field.
• 12+ years in international real estate, facilities, and/or corporate security leadership.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in multi-country environments.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory environments and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end regional real estate portfolio execution.
• Direct site-level activities including transactions, space planning, design & construction delivery, facilities operations.
• Lead outsourced delivery through brokers, CPMs, FM providers, and security vendors.
• Oversee corporate security execution and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Country Managers and regional leaders to align real estate solutions with business needs.
• Collaborate with Global Real Estate and Security CoEs to ensure governance and standards.
