Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Regional Lead for end-to-end real estate and corporate security across an international region. You will partner with Country Managers and regional leaders to align strategies, govern outsourced delivery, and optimize a diverse portfolio of offices, clinics, and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
• 12-15+ years in international real estate, facilities, and/or corporate security leadership.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of real estate portfolio strategy across an international region.
• Direct site-level real estate activities including transactions, space planning, design & construction delivery, and facilities operations.
• Ensure footprint strategies with expansion, consolidation, and optimization.
• Monitor regional market conditions and inform portfolio decisions and risk management.
• Partner with Country Managers and regional leaders to align real estate and security with business priorities.
• Lead delivery through an outsourced model with brokers, CPMs, facilities providers, and security vendors.
• Establish vendor performance standards, SLAs, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and manage regional risk assessments.
