Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Regional Lead to drive end-to-end real estate and corporate security execution across an international region. You will oversee portfolio strategy, site-level activities, and outsourced delivery, ensuring cost, quality, and risk governance while partnering with country managers and regional leaders.

You will lead a cross-functional team, maintain strong vendor relationships, and align regional initiatives with global standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12-15+ years of experience in international real estate, facilities, and/or corporate security leadership.
• Proven ability to manage outsourced delivery models and vendors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own regional real estate portfolio strategy and execution.
• Lead outsourced delivery and vendor governance across offices, clinics, labs, and manufacturing sites.
• Partner with country managers and regional leaders to align with business priorities.
• Oversee corporate security execution and risk mitigation for the region.
• Collaborate with Global Real Estate and CoEs to implement standards and governance.
