Amazon is seeking a Senior PXT Campus Manager to deliver operational excellence and scalable PXT impact across multiple sites in Spain. You will lead a team of HR Partners and HR Business Partners, partnering with site leaders to translate people strategies into regional execution and drive culture improvements.

Travel and onsite presence are required as you guide leadership through complex decisions, advance HR analytics, manage risk, and build a high-performing, future-ready PXT organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in HR leadership or equivalent leadership roles.
• Experience supporting hourly, front-line and salaried employee populations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in HR data analysis and translating metrics into workforce strategy.

• PXT Operational Excellence: ensure regional teams execute with discipline and align to standards, identify gaps, elevate persistent issues.
