Job summary

Zentra is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our regional estate agency client network in Fuengirola, Spain, driving new business and representing Zent ra to agency owners, developers, and partners. Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales or sales management.
• Based within commuting distance of Fuengirola.
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing business clients — estate agencies, developers, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: Partner with the Head of Sales to develop and execute regional sales strategy — identifying new agency clients and closing deals
• Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain trust‑based relationships with estate agency owners, principals, and key decision‑makers across your region
• Execute Sales Plans: Develop and deliver against clear revenue and growth targets, with a structured approach to pipeline management
• Forecasting & Performance: Own accurate sales forecasts for your region and report regularly on performance, opportunities, and risks
• Client Management: Stay on top of client‑specific needs, pricing, and strategic plans with regular communications
• Team Collaboration: Work with Account Management and Technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience from first contact through onboarding and beyond
• Event Participation: Represent Zent ra at regional property exhibitions, industry events, and trade shows
