Job summary

Pluxee is seeking a Local Product Manager to lead country-focused product strategy, aligning with the global vision while adapting to the Madrid market. You will translate opportunities into roadmaps, drive delivery with cross-functional teams, and monitor KPIs to ensure measurable local impact.

This leadership role works closely with Sales, Marketing and Engineering to activate products from discovery to launch.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product management or related experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Product or Engineering.
• Proven experience launching or localizing digital products in country/region.
• Translate business and customer needs into strategy, roadmaps and outcomes.
• Hands-on product discovery using customer research and data.
• Track product delivery from discovery to launch with tech and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the country product strategy in line with the global vision.
• Lead product roadmaps, prioritization, and value delivery.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to adapt products for the market.
• Drive product delivery from discovery to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor KPIs, adoption, and business impact post-launch.
