Job summary

Pluxee is seeking a Local Product Manager in Madrid to design, deliver, and scale the local product strategy aligned with Pluxee’s global vision. You will translate priorities into initiatives, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes while coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to ensure end-to-end value.

You will lead discovery, develop business cases, and drive go-to-market readiness, balancing local market needs with global platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in Product Management, business, strategy, digital delivery, or related field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Product Management, Strategy, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven experience launching, scaling, or localizing digital products across country or regional markets.
• Strong ability to translate business and customer needs into a clear product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience in product discovery using customer research, market insights, data, and experimentation.
• Track record of driving product delivery from discovery to launch with tech and business teams.
• Experience defining and monitoring product KPIs and using data to understand adoption and impact.
• Ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market and operational readiness for launches.
• Balance local customer/regulatory needs with global capabilities, scalability, and long-term strategy.
• Experience in Agile, Lean, or similar product development environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
• Customer-first, analytical, ownership-driven mindset.
