Job summary

BTS is seeking a People Experience Lead to join its Bilbao team, supporting SELAM across Spain, Italy, Greece, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil. You will partner with leadership and managers to shape talent, engagement and onboarding, while driving analytics and continuous improvement of People processes.

Lead end-to-end recruitment, talent reviews, and learning initiatives, and ensure alignment with BTS values across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR or related field.
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, People Management or equivalent.
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience with talent management exposure.
• Experience across multiple countries/offices; South Europe/Latin America exposure valued.
• Broad knowledge of employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, performance, relations and offboarding.
• Strong mix of strategic partnering and hands-on HR execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted People partner to SELAM leadership and managers, participating in leadership meetings and workforce planning.
• Advise on organizational design and spans of control as the business evolves.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for SELAM roles, maintaining pipeline health.
• Coordinate the annual talent review cycle across SELAM and support career development and internal mobility.
• Coordinate training, development, and upskilling initiatives aligned with business needs.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance conversations and change processes.
• Champion the employee experience and drive engagement initiatives aligned with BTS values.
• Use people data and analytics to identify trends, risks and opportunities; prepare reports for leaders.
