Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. in Spain is seeking an Employee Experience & Continuous Improvement Analyst within the Customer Success team.

You will own and implement the Employee Experience programme across EMEA, integrating wellness, motivation, belonging, social responsibility, and business synergy into a regional framework. The role coordinates listening mechanisms, translates insights into action plans, enables leaders, and tracks outcomes with clear metrics.

Qualifications

• Relevant education or practical experience in HR, psychology, business, communications, L&D or related field.
• 1-2 years in Employee Experience, engagement, People Ops, L&D, internal comms or change management.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programmes and translating insights into action across markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual EMEA Employee Experience roadmap and calendar across the five pillars.
• Maintain governance for approvals, budgets, communications, inclusion, privacy, vendors, and leadership reviews.
• Coordinate Voice of Employee mechanisms: pulse surveys, focus groups, journey checkpoints, feedback channels.
• Turn insights into action plans with owners, dates, and measures; track progress and report outcomes.
• Maintain recognition channels and programmes with transparent criteria and KPIs.
• Coordinate wellbeing, cultural, community, and CSR activities across markets and shifts.
• Build supervisor/manager ambassador networks with briefing packs and regular check-ins.
• Provide managers with frameworks and tools to strengthen employee experience.
