Concentrix is seeking an Operational Excellence Project Manager to join our Performance Excellence organization in Spain. You will lead high-impact projects supporting growth, client transitions, and continuous improvement across the region.

Reporting to the Performance Excellence Director, you will drive governance, design methodologies, and coordinate multiple countries, functions, and stakeholders to deliver measurable value for clients and the business.

Formación

• Proven experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Operational Excellence.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading client transitions, implementations, transformation projects, or change management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end client transitions, from planning through stabilization and hypercare.
• Manage complex regional projects with multiple workstreams, countries, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and governance structures.
• Ensure objectives and deliverables are achieved on time and within scope.
• Design and implement operational excellence methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Drive process optimization to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
• Coordinate readiness activities across departments and regions; report progress.
