Concentrix is seeking an Operational Excellence Project Manager to join our Performance Excellence organization in Spain. You will lead high-impact projects supporting growth, client transitions, and continuous improvement across the region.

Reporting to the Performance Excellence Director, you will drive governance, design methodologies, and coordinate multiple countries, functions, and stakeholders to deliver measurable value for clients and the business.

Formación

Proven experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Operational Excellence.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience leading client transitions, implementations, transformation projects, or change management.

Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end client transitions, from planning through stabilization and hypercare.
Manage complex regional projects with multiple workstreams, countries, and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and governance structures.
Ensure objectives and deliverables are achieved on time and within scope.
Design and implement operational excellence methodologies and governance frameworks.
Drive process optimization to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
Coordinate readiness activities across departments and regions; report progress.

The Role

As an Operational Excellence Project Manager, you will report directly to the Performance Excellence Director and lead high-impact projects supporting business growth, client transitions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will act as a key driver of operational transformation, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while creating measurable value for clients and the business.

What You'll Do

Project & Transition Management

Lead end-to-end client transitions, from planning and implementation through stabilization and hypercare.
Manage complex regional projects involving multiple workstreams, countries, stakeholders, and operational teams.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and governance structures.
Ensure all project objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved on time and within scope.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

Support the design and implementation of operational excellence methodologies and governance frameworks.
Drive process optimization initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, customer experience, and business performance.
Promote standardization, best practices, and performance management frameworks across the region.
Identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvement.

Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement

Partner closely with Operations Leaders, Site Directors, Workforce Management, Quality, Training, HR, IT, and other functional teams.
Provide project governance, executive visibility, and progress reporting to senior leadership.
Facilitate decision-making, resolve issues, and proactively manage project risks.
Influence stakeholders across different functions, countries, and cultures.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate readiness activities across multiple departments to ensure successful project execution.
Track implementation progress and ensure alignment with regional strategic priorities.
Collaborate with global Concentrix teams to share best practices and support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Operational Excellence roles.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience leading client transitions, implementations, transformation projects, or change management initiatives.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization across multiple countries and functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Background

Experience within BPO, Customer Experience, Shared Services, Technology Services, Consulting, or Managed Services environments.
Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies and operational excellence frameworks.
Experience presenting to senior leadership teams and C-level stakeholders.
Familiarity with governance, risk management, and performance management processes.

Language Requirements
