Formación

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in operational excellence or transformation projects.
• Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of PM methodologies, tools and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to tailor messaging for senior leadership and diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating across multiple sites in a cross-cultural environment.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing risks, issues and stakeholder relationships in complex projects.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define scope, objectives, success criteria and deliverables for operational excellence initiatives
• Create, execute and adapt project work plans
• Manage project resources, timelines, budgets and day-to-day operations
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines and anticipated business benefits
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Warsaw, Barcelona, Nice and Madrid
• Apply Amadeus project management methodology and standards
• Support adoption of new ways of working with change management
• Define and track KPIs
• Monitor progress, identify deviations and propose corrective or mitigation actions
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and decisions
• Gather and analyze feedback to improve processes, tools and materials
• Prepare reports, analyses and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership
• Communicate governance decisions and impacts
• Contribute to governance routines, status reporting and steering committees
• Provide fact-based input for strategic and cross-functional decision-making
• Contribute to project management tools, templates and best practices
