IPC Systems is seeking a Transformation Project Manager in Madrid to lead large-scale change across IT, commercial and GTM functions. You will oversee the PMO, manage a portfolio of programs, and drive data-based decisions while coordinating with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations.

You will report to the Director, Transformation and work in a hybrid setup with a mix of office and remote work in Madrid. A STEM/business degree and strong Excel/data analytics skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM, analytics or business field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant transformation/PMO experience is required.
• Proven ability to plan, monitor and control multiple projects in a program.
• Strong communication, analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Experience supporting GTM or revenue operations programs.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategic and transformation projects from planning to delivery across IPC.
• Manage portfolio risks and mitigation plans with senior stakeholders.
• Oversee PMO processes and ensure proper info flow between teams and execs.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time and on budget with clear KPIs.
• Develop data-based status criteria and transparent reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Ops to track funnel health.
• Maintain master schedule and manage budgeting/forecasting for projects.
