Job summary

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is building a world-class last mile network with the Process Excellence (PEx) team driving standardization and continuous improvement. The RPEM leads a multi-layered team of SAMs and FQAs, aligning with senior leaders to execute the PEx roadmap across the region and travel as needed to visit teams on-site.

The role requires a strong background in operations or supply chain, project leadership, and proficiency in Excel for data analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, operations, logistics or engineering.
Experience in supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting.
Experience managing projects.
Experience using Excel and data analysis.
Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including leadership.

Responsibilities

The RPEM is the PEx business partner for Operational General Managers and/or Senior Regional Managers and will manage a team of Station ACES Managers (SAMs) and Field Quality Associates (FQAs) across the region of operations.
Regularly interface with senior leaders across the network in cross-functional teams to plan and coordinate the PEx roadmap and trade-offs.
Lead Lean and Kaizen initiatives to improve safety, productivity, quality, and experience, and drive change management across the region.
