Victaulic is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sales and develop the FP product range in NW Spain and Portugal. You will promote the Victaulic FP system, demonstrate installation, and secure specifications with owners and engineering consultants.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background, at least five years of related experience, strong communication skills, fluency in English and the local language, and a willingness to travel up to 75% to support customers across the region.

Formación

• University degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of technical sales/field experience.
• Familiarity with the piping business or ability to learn quickly.
• Customer-oriented, ambitious with commercial sense.
• Willing to travel up to 75% and travel readiness.
• Fluent in English and local language; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Sell and promote the Victaulic FP product range in NW Spain and Portugal.
• Report weekly to Sales Director on activities and marketing information; achieve budgeted sales.
• Promote the Victaulic System for binding application products.
• Field demonstrate proper installation of FP product and tools.
• Pursue and obtain acceptance and specification by Owners and engineering consultants.
• Ensure FP knowledge in the region via seminars, literature, and technical support.
• Liaise with local distributor and ensure information flow.
• Visit job sites to supervise installation and train contractor personnel as required.
• Handle product claims with Engineering department; assist finance with receivables.
