Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Regional Financial Controller (Hotels) to oversee Operational Finance. The role focuses on cash control, accounts payable/receivable, and accurate reporting across a growing portfolio of properties in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas.

Ideal candidates will have accounting expertise, SAP experience, strong English skills, and the ability to work across teams in a global hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting and mathematics.
• English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP systems and related Accenture platforms.
• Strong command of common office tools (word processing, spreadsheets).

Responsibilities

• Control of cash and cashiering across all points of sale.
• Generate reports on cash receipts and monitor deposits.
• Monitor invoices, collections and aging.
• Coordinate with FO and insurance regarding current accounts and damages.
