CATL, a leading energy storage solution provider, seeks an Energy Storage O&M Service Product Sales Manager to lead a team of sales engineers across the assigned region, driving the sales strategy for O&M service products.

You will coach the team, manage key accounts, and collaborate with Product, Project Management, and Solutions departments to strengthen CATL's leadership in service products within the evolving energy storage market.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 3 years in sales team management.
• Profound background in the energy storage, new energy, or power industry.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools for team management and forecasting.
• Fluent in English and Local Language (written and spoken). Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and decompose annual/quarterly sales targets, market strategies, and action plans for the assigned team based on the overall corporate strategy.
• Monitor KPIs such as revenue, collections, gross profit, and market share to ensure achievement of team goals.
• Lead the establishment and maintenance of relationships with strategic key accounts and channel partners; manage major projects and complex issues to secure key orders.
• Provide input for positioning, pricing, packaging, and upgrades of service products with Product, Project Management, and Solutions teams.
• Recruit, train, and manage the service sales team; coach and develop individuals for high performance.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline analysis; provide data-based reviews for resource planning.
• Ensure all activities comply with policies, regulations; manage contracts, compliance, and ethics for the team.
